Hello! My name is Rachael Engell (middle name Ann). I've found joy in creating ever since I can remember. I have a background in business; graduating from the University of Washington with a major in Business Marketing and working for companies such as Nordstrom and Microsoft. Painting and art have always been a big part of my life. After having my son and feeling burnt out from the corporate world; I felt a huge shift. Painting and creating became my outlet and form of expression for all the unspoken things swirling around inside me. I love the work I do, the joy it brings others, and the alignment it brings to who I am and what matters most to me. I'm inspired by the amazing and ever changing beauty of nature, animals, and energy I feel...it is the heart of all my work. I hope to share this with you - so that you may also find beauty and inspiration both inside and out. I hope you enjoy!
